Ditching Those Bad Carbs

 As part of her #BentoResolution, Tammy’s decided to keep an eye on her carb intake, avoiding the bad – white breads, white rice, sugary drinks, etc. and being sure to get the right amounts of the good – whole wheat pasta, beans, nuts, veggies, etc. We caught her in the office kitchen this morning with breakfast – a huevos rancheros dish filled with the right carbs – Way to go, Tammy! Here’s what was in it:

  • ¼ cup Black Beans
  • 2 Tbs Salasa
  • 1 Tbs Sour Cream
