What you’ll need: pumpkin smoothie ingredients

1 Banana that’s been cut into slices and then frozen

1c Pumpkin Puree

2 Tbsp. Honey

1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice

2c Almond, Soy or Dairy Milk

Combine all ingredients in your blender.

Blend until smooth, adding more milk as necessary to reach the desired consistency.
